What we do
Statham Consulting is really three companies in one. Initially, we were a "one stop shop" for all hospitality related services. Over the years however, in line with our customers demands, we have concentrated our efforts in three primary fields.
Remaining true to our roots, we are still very much operating as Hospitality Consultants. If you are looking for advice, ours is going to be in line with what can be achieved within your business size and budget so you receive value for money. Better yet, we will actually come and implement the changes so you can concentrate on what you do best.
And if you don't need advice but do need a break; then our locum management services are sure to be of interest.
The most rapidly expanding area of Statham Consulting is Website Creation. We think there is a very simple reason for this; we understand what your business needs from your site because we have been in the same situation as you. Plus, as an added bonus, we can talk to you about your requirements in a language that you will understand.
Our sites are all bespoke but tailored to suit the smaller or medium sized business with a price tag to match. Our website creation pages contain a host of free information aimed at helping guide you through setting up your site, we hope you find it helpful.
The third field of our business is also one of the more niche markets and without doubt sets us apart from our competitors. In a nutshell, Client side project management involves us taking the responsibility off your shoulders for project managing a refurbishment or similar construction project. And because we are working on the clients behalf it is your priorities that come first rather than you being held to ransom by contractors.
Our success in this area has been such that we have recently expanded into the residential investment sector. There is a lot involved in managing any sized refurbishment project; before you dive in, check out our list of "must do's"
The Charitable Adventure Concept

Let's face it, 21st century life can be boring. When was the last time you did something that really challenged you? And when was the last time you stopped work for long enough to switch off the mobile and the Blackberry to realise that there is a world out there that needs to be explored without the help of someone holding your hand for every step of the way?
